SittingDucks Ltd. introduces the first lightweight, durable v-board that floats. Salisbury, Maryland - July 28, 2002- A revolutionary invention in fowl hunting is about to hit the retail and mail-order market: a new design for the classic v-board decoy mounting device which is highly compact, lightweight, extremely durable, and best of all, it floats. The concept of a v-board is a simple one, it holds decoy silhouettes in a formation that maximizes their exposure in all directions to a passing bird. But prior to this product, hunters would construct v-boards out of framing lumber and bulky metal hinges, resulting in a device that was heavy, awkward, and prone to rust and decay.
